The Raclette Experience: A Celebration of Melted Cheese is a hands-on, flavor-packed
workshop where melted cheese takes center stage. Hosted by Brandon Wood, ACS CCP &
owner of The Cheese Parlor, attendees will explore the rich history and traditional craft of
raclette cheese while tasting a curated selection of California-made raclette-style cheeses from
multiple artisanal creameries. Learn the art of serving raclette the classic way, then dive into an
interactive, communal raclette party—scraping warm, bubbling cheese over potatoes,
charcuterie, bread, and more. This is a full sensory experience that combines education,
tradition, and indulgence; celebrating the joy of melted cheese at its finest.
